The costumes are sewn, the masks contructed, the Ladaarne painted, the piccolo fingers trained (hopefully) and the only thing left to do is try and get some decent kip before Morgenstriach.

At our last clique practice before Christmas we had our traditional Christmas “apéro and gützi†in the cliquencäller. Various members brought along nice things to eat and drink such as Weihnachtsgützi (cookies), homemade Läckerli, wine, beer. Visiting London for a long weekend we decided to go with my parents to an art exhibition at the Guildhall gallery. The route took us via New Cross Gate rail station where the queue for tickets as the sole open window was a mile long.
